Nordic Dry Packaging Design

Nordic Dry is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial desiccant bags. Our bags are used inside shipping containers to keep the relative humidity low so that excessive moisture cannot damage the cargo. Our products are also used for asset preservation for equipment that is out of service, such as aircraft, ships and crated goods.
We are looking for a packaging consultant to assist in the redesign of our product packaging and if successful to work with us for future packaging projects as our go to consultant.
There are 2 specific jobs:
1. development of a jumbo box for bulk shipments to replace pallets of cartons - ie 30 cartons to be replaced by one jumbo box that is strong enough to be double stacked. Each box will weight in the order 600kg when full. Combined with this project is how to maximise the number of individual bags in each jumbo box to ensure maximum number of bags can be packed into an export shipping container.
2. Our bags are designed primarily for industrial customers. We are looking to develop the brand into a consumer brand that could be sold through DIY stores such as Home Depot or B&Q and so require a consumer product design that would position well on store shelves to compete with other dehumidifier products such as Thirsty Hippo.
