TradingView Pinescript Indicator Modifications

I require an experienced TradingView Pinescript developer to make specific modifications to an existing indicator.
Here's the tasks :
1. Set the indicator not to repaint, signals to be based on past data.
2. Tweak buy/sell signals on when cross out of upper or lower BB.
3. Convert to Strategy to set order action, qty & price as format below
