I am funding a contact management company that offer solutions from small to big enterprises. I have a specific list of what I'd need:
- First, a live chat platform that could be embed to a website as HTML5 and for desktop it pops out and for a mobile/iPad it just stays in the same page (responsive)
- Second, I need an admin page for it where I can manage users (agents), companies that we work for, see past recorded conversations (something like [login to view URL]) and schedule.
- Third, a kind of sheet where I can see how many hours each agent have worked (to make easier the payments) it can be a open source software.
