Write an QR Application to Database and PDF

I need to integrate with an api from a third party.
Take the data, grab the link and specific data from each item on the third party site and generate a qr code that is a url in our system, that automatically sets to forward to the url in the third party system, but tracks the scan as a visit prior to forwarding to the url. Next the information captured, included the QR code, need to automatically populate a pdf to be printed at a particular size. The pdf needs to print several of these results to a page.
Data is updated at the third party each day, so system will need to look for the delta entries each day and automatically run each day.
