Wordpress floating header customisation

Hi All,
I have a wordpress website using a theme named "THE7" The 7 has a floating header option, it also has the ability to add some micowidgets into the header.
However the floating header will only load the preset microwidgets that are in the header.
I need a bit of css / jquery / javascript that will replace one of the header microwidget content with a "Call to action button"
Therefore it will be something like: if floating header / div is loaded, replace content A with content B
