Woocommerce Subscriptions - Need to add taxes on sign-up fee

I'm currently using Woocommerce Subscriptions with automated taxes based on client billing information.

I'm selling a plan with a 499$ sign-up fee and a 199$ per year recurrent payment. Actually, the taxes are applied only on on the recurrent payment, need to fix this
