Web Developer Needed to Finish Website (Adult)

Looking for an experienced web developer for an adult entertainment website that consists of a semi-complex automation system. Everything is in place, both frontend and backend, I just need a few tweaks here and there.
Briefly, the tweaks include:
1) Fix email sending out (via SMTP), for some reason, the emails keep going to SPAM and not Inbox. Need to fix this.
2) Fix something in the database.
3) Switch out test payment API to live API.
The above shouldn't take a skilled developer very long at all.
The site is custom coded in PHP & HTML. Must be proficient in those two languages and MySQL, as there is a lot to do with the database. The website also incorporates the Twilio API and a payment gateway API.
The new developer may need to re-write code if they find it needs to be. I am looking for someone who is ultra reliable, trustworthy and responsive.
