4.1. Play video from chosen videofiles for other quality (480*/720*/1080*)

4.2. User can merge up to 4 channel (from 1-4 cameras) to one player display size.

5. Videoconverter (It need for convert video for online player (see p4.)

6. Localization interfaces (System can have slow translate for other languages by change word in text files).
