The module will need to be updated to reflect ranges of weights for which to apply additional charges. Each of the ranges will need to be editable and the number of ranges also can change. Change backend to accept the same changes to address for residential clients and to take the calculation into account when the "Get Price" link is selected or "Update Price" is selected
