For our company we require to be able to retrieve statistics from our ticketing system.
The ticket system is an RT3.6.1 installation, running on Perl, MySQL 5.0, and php4.
Requirements for stats;
Total tickets opened for week XX on all queues
Total tickets opened for week XX on pre-selected queues
Total tickets opened per user on week/month/trimester base
Total tickets resolved per user on week/month/trimester base
Total tickets opened per week/month/trimester on custom field base (SLA, Priority, Market, Type).
Stats should be processed in raw numbers, and graphs.
Pre-selected queues and stats searches should be saveable. For example if stats are being generated for queues A, B, C, G, I, this should be able to save, so in the future only a specific week/month/trimester should be selected.
You should be available in the future to code more additions to the stats page. (And thus the script should be future proof, and well documented so changes can be made easily).
Pref. the stats should be integrated into RT3, but a separate php page is a possibility too.
Results should be easy exportable and graphs should easy savable.
An export of the RT3.6.1 database can be provided so you know what tables to read from.
