25 static pages for our web site

We need 25 static pages to be done for our web site , all reference pages are ready , header and footer are ready we need just the content
here is what makes the project is completed :
1- 25 static pages including sign in and sign up dynamic pages and all pages should be responsive .
2- all our web site should work with a specific php frame work we will choose ( cakephp 3 or Lavarel ) .
3- migrate all our pages with our web chat app to work perfectly with the login on the chat as well .
4- fix and improve other pages in our web site as well
Rules and terms :
* you will not get more than your bidding price any how so please bid your final price .
* Milestone will be created once the project arrived to 75 % and release once the full project is done and we are satisfied 100 % and we tested it .
* must accept the award from the begin of the deal to make it officially .
* you can do the work on your local but we will need to check daily process done and daily pages are done as well on live server
this is how we did our previous all projects .
maximum budget required : 200 $
Time frame 10 days only and don't accept any delay
