Simple plugin wordpress to make post example

im new on wordpress development,for study purposes I need some help to create this simple plugin:
one text box
one button
Explanation: I insert a value inside a text box. I click on the button and it calls a function that creates a post with:
Title -> Value
Content -> Value
Custom field -> value
Meta description -> Value
slug -> Value
category -> Value
summary -> value
this is my start code:

With this starting point I can study the code and achieve my ultimate goal.. I need also a check: if the value has already been entered, it gives an error. I thought of storing the value inside the customfield and doing the check as well.
This should be done respecting the security and the right way of developing a plugin.
