WP RSS Aggregator plugin is not pulling stories into the website

I need someone with experience working with WP RSS Aggregator plugin. I have it installed and have attached some valid rss feeds but it is not pulling stories into the website or fetching stories.... I've also attached what WP RSS Aggregator plugin tech support sent me to do.... just don't have the time to do it.
