Ratings / Commenting for WP (MUST show similar work)

Need the following for a wordpress site.
-Rate company and its product options, 5 stars, good to bad
-Read company list from MySQL table
-Allow new company suggestions subject to approval by admin, add into db
-Sortable by name or rating and/or other variables such as location if added
-Click on any company for additional details and comments form
Example;
Company A: X X X X X - Option1: X X X X X, Option2: X X X X X, Option3: X X X X X
Company B: X X X X X - Option1: X X X X X, Option2: X X X X X, Option3: X X X X X
Company C: X X X X X - Option1: X X X X X, Option2: X X X X X, Option3: X X X X X
Suggest New Company:
(subject to admin approval. if approved, is added into the db)
If user clicks on Company B, they are taken to a comments page where users can comment, subject to admin approval. New comments first, pushing older ones down.
Need this to use a current, up to date, maintained plugin or method which will not be abandoned or stop working in a few months.
If we have not worked with you before, the work will be conducted using TeamViewer on a dev site that we use. If we continue to hire you, you will be given direct access to the server.
