I need a programmer to design a database that can be used to detail certain information of students in Higher institutions of learning. I need a system that can be easily accessed by users from private accounts that will require authentication from the front end while details within the data base can be updated from the back end. I will love a system that will have an easy-to-use interface through which data can be very easily updated from the programs back end. I will like it to be accessible from both PCs and mobile devices with an app that can be installed on IOS, Android and Windows.
