Hi Dears,
Recently, our team planned to launch a website and now we are looking for a professional Front-end HTML website designer to design the website for us. Our website is in the stage of creating and still not launch yet. We need a SIMPLE , COMFORTABLE and MODERN design for our site. We need a creative and perfect work and must be able to provide us with your professional idea.

(As we are still new and not launch yet, so we'll simple and won't be that big as them)
**It will be similar to that, But my technician team can't do my Requirements**
We will be sending the requirement files to you when is done.
Please take note that:
1. Our site is still creating and not launch yet, so we do not know how many pages do we have.
2. We need a fixed price for the whole project
3. We need you to in-charge for HTML front-end designing part only, the functionality part will be done by my programmer.
4. We do not want any Wordpress template, woocommerce themes or any other template design work.
5. Please read the project description and come out a fixed price.
6. Please take note that we need HTML from your side, we will not provide you with any PSD file, you need to design it and make it into HTML.
7. Our Payment terms: 50% payment (Complete 50% of the project), 100% (Complete 100% of the project)
8. Please do not contact us or bid the project, if you are unable to follow or agree with above terms or working method.
9. Please ensure that you have finished reading the description above to avoid Creating problem in future. We'll not respond to those question which can found the answer above.
