Problem of bloqued multiple Address, when enters to web to crawl

I use diferents address to enter and crawl a web page ([login to view URL]).
Now they bloqued te access to mltiple enters, and in the main page ([login to view URL]) shows a error related to address, and in the first link i gave u, is secundary, appears a time out error when u try to craw data with ajax.
I need to solve this problem, i need u to create a code, that solves this issue, and shows me work, and sen it with the payment.
