Our client has a PHP Email form in WordPress, which he wants an automated follow-up sending to the client 15 minutes after they click submit. Hosting is using cPanel.

Our idea is to delay the email being send to the address with the auto-responder set, so when the PHP Form is submitted it goes to a file, and the cPanel cron checks how long a file has been present, and sends the email if it has been waiting for more than 15 minutes.

We are open to any other ideas of how to complete this.
