I have an issue with my PayPal Module on my prestashop online store 1.6

the issue is the next:

PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2017-03-14T23:52:42ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State EmptyL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is requiredL_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

i read a lot of blog post about what that i think my issue is, but i dont want to move some code by myself. This problem it past a lot of time before and now when my site its SSL or https:// appear constantly.
