I’m an Independent distributor for a direct sales company & I need an app that I can input customer data, eg: name, contact number address, email, products purchased (products are time specific) to be able to set up an automated messaging system specific to their orders with check ins at specific times. Preferably via SMS
Example: start message (this does not need to be automated) :- hi xxx, it was so lovely meeting with you. Thank you for your order 1234. I’ll be checking in with you in a few day to she how you are going
Automated 3-4 days later:- hi xxxx, how is everything going with your products 1234? You are going to absolutely love how they will make you feel.
Automated 1 month after the first automated message:- hi xxxx, OMG!! Can you believe it’s already been a month!!
How are things? Do you have any questions or concerns? Always here to help just sing out
Automated 3 months after to 1 month automated message: hi xxxxx
Some products are on specific time frames so I would need to be able to input what and when.
I have looked at doing a bot system for this but I need to be more specific
