It’s Urgent! We are in the process of developing some codes. That requires some development and code changes activity in PHP,CSS, Mysql and HTML . we are looking for experienced , self disciplined and quality PHP developer .
We have divide whole problem into small pieces and each small problem is called CR (Change Request) . That will be assigned to selected developer. For each CR we will Pay 1000 INR , If problem is complex then we can increase the weightage and accordingly that will be paid.
We will have long term association if we find you have potential and you can deliver .As our Product is a consistently growing system so if the first CR delivered as per requirement, we have a long term development opportunity for you.
All the payment will be done through freelancer [url removed, login to view] the coding should be done on Remote desktop environment as per Mindtech Solutions Timing. We are even open in night.
We are looking for multiple developers as of now .as our requirement is huge and want to associate with multiple developers.
All source code and related setup must be done at our site. My team will do all the testing with their self. You need to provide all source code, documentation as per our team requirement to help them and make all the things happen.
50% mile stone will be created at the time of awarding the project, 50% after delivery done. All payment will be released as soon as satisfied with your work and fit to my requirements.
