Need help allowing a file uploader we created to allow larger file types to upload to AWS.

We have a client that uses Amazon AWS and we built a custom uploader for them. The uploader works and the site can upload / download files so far that ive tested up to 9gb. It seems to run into trouble around 15gb. Our goal is to allow 20gb. I need to see where the problem is happening and if it is on our end or if it is a hosting issue.
You would need to be familiar with Amazon AWS and Symphony PHP.
Will need to ensure all work is backed up and we will need to be able to communicate via Skype.
