I need a family tree website (mostly front-end) with great graphic and animation effects

I'm looking for someone to make a family tree website like [login to view URL] (family graphical tree only) with some basic features:
Features:
1- an admin panel so I can add my family members
2- define connections (parents, children, wife or wives, husband)
3- indivitual profiles (name, lastname, DOB, DOD, city, memo, photo gallery, etc. upto 30 fileds)
4- Two pages UI design to show the tree and details for each person
5- High Quality graphical family tree exactly like [login to view URL] tree (with photos on nodes, name, dob, dod...)
6- draw the connection lines between nodes
7- Zoom Option
8- Display all individual info in a popup when I click on each node
Notice:
1- I will be glad if you have the same experience or something ready so I can have it in the next 1-2 weeks
2- Please do not offer funny numbers like 555 or 777 before you check all the requirements and visit the sample website and only offer if you can make exactly the same tree!!
3- I need plain PHP (Should be OOP) without any frameworks
This is the phase 1 of my project. More development is needed if you can do this step well which I can offer the next one right after you finish this phase.
