Modification in wordpress theme and its admin part

The modification i want in this theme are as:
1-There is a trailer section on movie banner and slider. When some click on it, it shows a video in pop [login to view URL] it shows only one video, what I want is this section show all the video related to that particular movie.
2- I want two advertisement section on the right-hand side. same as we see in youtube page. and one below the large size video. The advertisement could be an image or google ad. Please make sure it is responsive
3- When we click on detail section it open the complete detail page. on that page, there is an image and video gallery section. I want the same section above this section where i can add an image with caption and link so that when someone clicks on it will redirect to that particular page. Name it this section as Cast and Crew.
