Magento 2 Unit Test

I wrote Magento 2.3 before Plugin to inject \Magento\Quote\Model\Quote -> public function merge(Quote $quote) method.
Now I need help to write Unit Test with following steps.
1) Login as any Customer
2) Add Item to cart
3) Logout from customer
4) Add Item in cart as Guest
5) Login as existing Customer
6) Verify last add to cart item exist in cart. (Previous add to cart item should be remove)
( Similar function like dev/tests/integration/testsuite/Magento/Quote/Model/[login to view URL] -> public function testMerge() method )
