Magento extension adjustments

Hi,
I have a Megento e-comm Website in development with a messaging extension that was purchased, that needs some changes.
screenshot of the messaging extension is attached, changes required can be found below;
- When a customers enters a product page and clicks on "Have a question about this piece", then types their question and clicks submit, the page does not redirect back to the product page. It should, as the customer will likely want to keep browsing
If I go into "my messages", I see the attached screenshot (see attachment). There are a number of strange things here;
-The "Id" field is a random number as far as I can tell. I think we can remove that.
-The next header is "send by", which should be "sent by".
-"Title" is fine, as it grabs the title of the piece
-"Attach" There is an "Attach" header, but no way to attach anything. This would be great if the customer wants to sent us a picture of something to explain. Let us know if it would be possible to implement that.
-"Added at" is displaying the date and time the message was sent, however the time zone is wrong.
- There are 5 phantom boxed underneath, (same titles as above, see attachment again for reference) that serve absolutely no purpose. Can we get rid of those?
The biggest issue with this plugin, is that when the customer is logged into the site, they have no way of seeing the reply from us, unless they click on the title of the message. You can tes this out to see what I mean.
The email works now (when we reply they get an email, and vica versa), however it shows our email address as muranomu@c41015.sgvps.net. Anyway we can have our actually
