Listingpro WP Theme Customization

I would like to have ListingPro customized as described in the photos below. I realize the possibility of having limitations with some of these customizations.
1. Changes to "Features" filter: question mark beside feature with link to description (or hover description); headings for features
2. Changes to "Features" in Add/Edit listing view: add the heading and question mark as above
3. Improved layout of "Other Filters": Currently the "other filters" is laid out horribly... see photo.
4. Link "Additional Details"/Custom form fields to tags---see photo
5. Feature filter doesn't disappear: Currently the "feature filter" disappears when the category isn't selected. I want there to be a category always selected (no "all categories" option).
6. **Last but definitely not least---Change listing excerpt in grid/listing view
