Joomla! Timesheet management & address management

We need 2 modules for Joomla:
a. address & contact details for each user
b. the timesheet collection
*** Please consider that we use Joomla 3.3.3 and that we currently ask all our consultants to create a user and password as we already provide them some informations via Joomla ***
A. The 1st module, address & contact need to do the following:
• When logged-in in Joomla, every user will be able to go in the module “address & contact”
• In this module, the user will be able to input the fields as in the excel file attached
• Every change should be kept. So the database need to be able to track the changes and the old address
• One a monthly basis, the system should automatically send an email to us giving us the full list of addresses
• OR we also have the option to go online and easily download all the addresses in one go. Ideally an excel format should be available at anytime
B. The 2nd module, timesheet collection is much more complex
• See the file attached. It should provide you a good feel of what we are looking for.
• The idea is that ALL consultants submit their timesheet on our portal and there is a process to ensure that the quantity of work on our side is limited…
