Integration of several Points, Rewarding plugins to work together

Not having much luck here finding someone. I have a website project that I want to award/deduct points for registered users, similar to stackexchange, reddit, but slightly different. Right now I'm using 2 plugins; ansPress and myCred. I need ansPress and myCred to work together and not act alone as 2 different plugins. I like what both of these plugins have to offer but they work independently of each other, and I don't want this. I need a plugin created I suppose that will integrate ansPress and myCred to work together and share the points; meaning the points awarded in ansPress will migrate over to myCred. These points should also be able to be used as currency in woocommerce store, users can trade there points in for merchandise. Everything a user does on the website, I need the ability to award or deduct points, ansPress has a lot of this capability already. But not everything I need. E.g. Using foul language in a question or answer will deduct points. Suppose these can be added as "hooks"? I don't know. A user posts an informative article, after 7 days, and no negative remarks, thumbs down, that user will be rewarded points. I need control, to be able to set the points and time until points are received. I have a lot more work....need someone to show me something first.
