Integrate Fortumo (direct mobile billing gateway) with S2member

We are trying to utilize micro payments on our social networking site.
We are currently using S2member pro on wordpress with a buddypress plugin for social network, to charge for premium content. Users pay to unlock restricted URI like add friend, chat, private messages e.t.c. using S2member.
S2member has a paypal gateway, but paypal is not accepted in Nigeria, and we dont want to charge with credit cards either.
We would like to add Fortumo (direct mobile billing gateway) to S2member so that users have a choice and can pay with Fortumo.
S2 member will manage the expiry time for the subscribers.
