Fix mailman admin panel with litespeed on plesk server

we use mailman on plesk (debian os)
after we switched to litespeed webserver we can´t enter the admin panel because we get error 403
if we switch back apache it works fine
i think there is some wrong configuration in the permissions or missing entry in [login to view URL]
