Fix issue with xcrud project

I have some issue with images displays and I need to fix this.
Images are saved in the right folder but it doesn't display because of some Ajax image issues.
It works on some servers, but same code on other servers doesn't work. Either some plug in are missing. not sure but I can't find the problems.
It is a matter of looking at the right place :)
I would love to have someone that knows the xcrud already.
