FFMPEG encoding/conversion needed

Hello!
I have a small enhancement to my portal to convert all uploaded videos to a specific format using FFMPEG. We already have a script developed in php but it is currently not multi-threaded. Also, the process hangs after few hours of continuous encoding (approx. 12 hours). We would want enhancement to the current script or a new script to convert multiple videos at simultaneously. Below are additional requirements
- Our raw and converted videos are currently stored in Amazon S3.
- The process of conversion should start after a video is uploaded to S3. The process right now is triggered based on a CRON job. Preferably use AWS Lambda to replace cron
- Preferred that we use this php open sourced ffmpeg library ([login to view URL]) of ffmpeg in php. Below is the format.) but open to other suggestions.
- Platform watermark after conversion
