Here is the basic functionality of the website.
A site where the user can create a topic page and then create subtopics. In the topic they can add text fields and input info into those text fields. In the subtopics, they can also add various information.
Each subtopic will be given a title. Each piece of information added to a subtopic may also have a short comment added to it.
Each subtopic will be given a number, 1-5. And the main topic can be given a number 1-5. Each number will have a color associated with it.
Users can place topics (and subtopics) into groups and then send emails to the emails that were added to the main topic.
When clicking on the topic, users will be able to see columns of the subtopics including the color coded numbers. When clicking on a number; the user will be able to see any notes, info or files associated with that subtopic.
