Develop a simple Wordpress website with login and dashboard for API integration

I require a developer to assist with designing a simple webiste interface for our clients to login and view the data we provide them. This data will be added by way of API's that are assigned to each user from a third party.
An example of the API"s can be found at the URL - [login to view URL]
We will require and admin dashboard to create the user profiles and assign the API keys to the users. User needs will change over time and it's imprtant we control this API key from the admin console.
Once assigned the site should include;
Login
User can choose date ranges for export of data for the different channels
User can search for title, artist, ISRC code, label name (this may need to be developed as there is no API)
Simple search for individual users to search a title, pay for the data and export
Export data as xls, txt or pdf
There will be more functionality required in the future as phase 2 but the above brief is required for now.
