Develop and enhance website race results database using MySQL, PHP, CSS, HTML etc.

[login to view URL] is a leading online magazine covering touring car racing. It also has a large database of touring car motorsport results, with c. 3,000 individual races.
The database contains a number of pages at present which are untidy and not querying the MySQL database effectively.
I would like to transform and improve the database on the site to feature user-friendly navigation, improve its appearance and add in some new functionality.
Some of the MySQL queries are also not currently correctly querying the data, in particular when it comes to multiple drivers in the same car in a race, leading to inaccurace statistics.
I have gone into more detail in the attached document. Some of the styling and queries will evolve with the project.
I also need a few new pages to be built to get more data from the database. There are examples online on other sites for how I would like the data to be represented.
