Delay issue

I have a website , fairly simple woocommerce site . When you click Place order it takes 10 sec to redirect to PAYPAL for payment . Around 7 second other gateways. I think it is issue with ajax or something. Please bid if you dead sure you can do it and have some similar projects in the past. My budget is FIX 25$ . Dont bid if you cannot work with that budget. And i will share all logins after accepting of project IF anyone has issue please dont bid , Already had many bad experiences . start the bid with the work woocommerce expert.
