Cryptocurrency project in two phases

Looking for a cryptocurrency experienced programmer with proven experience. Primary goal is to pursue Sweden's absolute best stock market in all possible ways. In order to do this relatively large intervention, I have chosen to divide it in two or more steps, each of which will be phase one. If worked and the results are as intended, I will turn to the same person for the remaining parts of the project.
Phase 1. Create a front-end user page with only sell functionalityallity for BTC. It will also be built (or use complete) stock exchange software including (ICO). It will also build a platform for trade for the upcoming phase. Payment solutions with bla [login to view URL] and credit cards will be required. You do not have to create an account to purchase bitcoin from the front page
Phase 2 (NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PROJECT) will be to build a trading platform for customers linked to the stock exchange.

* We have a limited liability company registered for the purpose.
* Capital in BTC for sale is +23 BTC
