Cross-browser design fixes of wordpress theme

I have had another freelancer work on a psd to wordpress project, which he did not have the skills to finalize.
A demo site is up, but there are many layout and html/css issues, which need to be fixed in the child theme.
No hard-coding allowed, as the site has to be deployed on customer's domain later.
The site has various different screen-sizes implemented - you must be able to work around this, document which changes you have made exactly, and in the end, you will test the site in various browsers and screen sizes and present to me in a small report, that all issues are resolved.
Must be done today/tomorrow, so first competent freelancer with a decent price suggestion gets the job.
