Creation of PHP System.. Simple Project

Project is for creating a PHP system on our website that will access data from mySQL for display on our web site.
There are 4 different pages on our website on which data will be displayed from the mySQL database, on each page there are two areas where information will be displayed from the mySQL database. (on 3 pages the area is in the same place, on the other one it is in a different spot) One area will display a picture and the other will display text (would come from an Excel or other spreadsheet document from mySQL)
We think this to be a simple project and we will be having many more jobs like this. We are looking to give the provider who does this job other projects in the future if they can do a good job on this.
