Create a Single Sign On Function with CAS

We are a tutoring company. We want the ability to have users self-register on our site, but we want that to be a part of CAS, as we are trying to integrate open source tools like Chamilo and work with external partners. We don't want users to have to sign up / login multiple times when switching from our different tools on our website.
We need to setup this single sign on and have the ability to add partners / integrate with other websites as needed.
The images includes are part of Chamilo CAS settings. This is the information we would need to finish setting up single sign on.
Our site is written in PHP and has no framework.
