Build simple software that 'talks' to other websites using API

We need a simple software that is based on the idea of zapier.com.
We will have the actual API codes generated by our accounts.
It must do the following at the bare minimum:
1. Pull leads from Facebook Lead ads (i.e. exactly what [login to view URL] does)
2. send SMS using [login to view URL] account using data from facebook
3. add lead info to crm
4. create a new row in Google Sheets with data pulled in from facebook
5. User dashboard with monthly billing, overview, credit card, etc.
Workflow:
Facebook Leads>SMS>CRM>GSheets
The whole process must be simple, something like [login to view URL]
Note: We're NOT willing to pay an hourly rate.
