I'm starting up a small printing service for my local college open source pre-made engines are allowed if you find one that is of good quality that costs money that can also be used.
I want the website created it will be hosted on my own local server running Windows Server 2019 through IIS PHP and all the other works will be installed. I'm wanting a website with simple input and out for me to manage orders. I have a print farm with me and need to manage orders I want simplicity a user can upload an STL file and get an instant quote of the cost can customize the color and shows the price of what it will be and allows me to manage the price per fulfillment etc...

Website Idea: The website will be all about local delivery to students on campus easiely get your prints hand delivered through us etc...
Front end should be easy and minimal back-end is what is important something that can scale no more than 500$ please
What I will want:
1. Main page straight to the point where you can drag an STL maybe a picture gallery of the work I've done.
2. Shows the cost and chose material and or color.
3. If possible show a model and using third party tools to display what it will look like.
4. A back-end system to manage the prints when they came in and put them together.
5. A payment system to only put orders through when a print is paid for existing systems or open source are fine.
6. Possibility to link the backed system to Octoprint to manage prints.
