I want to build a form / Quiz on our Current WordPress site, We will reuse this same system to run multiple quizzes so a plugin that lets us edit the questions ourselves is preferred.
The first one will be based on this idea [login to view URL]
Although we want the design to match our current branding.
We would be looking at 20 questions.
At the end of the quiz, users must submit their email address to get their result which will be emailed to them.
The last page of the quiz would be a Mailchimp sign up which signs them up to our mailing list. In the email, the user would need to click confirm subscription to view their result.
To reduce server load images on the quiz would be called from Google Drive
We also want to ask the user some lead generation questions such as business type, position in the firm and would you like to talk to us about reviewing your Businesses IT security. Furthermore, we want to gather statistics about the users who complete the quiz, there answers to each question, score, IP address useagent, location etc in a usable format, such as a CSV.
