Build a live Odds calculating betting Bot

To create what is called in the online betting world ‘a betting bot’. Our one however is a more complex hedging calculator that will be used on an online betting platform that will balance the win/loss total to be zero if the bet doesn’t go right and to win money if it does! We have been doing this manually for 8 years successfully so are thinking if there is anyway it could be done automatically with an automated software! There have been a couple freelancers we used but have failed. We however think this could be due to language barriers and understanding as the idea is simple to understand but intricate and complex to apply and create. The last company we worked with gave us a time scale of 12 weeks to complete it! That was in December 2015 and they still can not do it 2 years later (we think this is due to inexperience and incompetence). They gave us the same deal of if they can’t make it we don’t pay! Long story short we are trying to give this another go to see if it is indeed possible to do with current technological advancement or if it is impossible. For the idea there will need to be confidentiality documentation signed by the developer.
