additional functionality 'survivor pool' to wordpress plugin football pool

we have a website running wordpress and the plugin called 'football poll'
we need an additional module/functionality to the plugin.
Here is the description of the functions of the additional module:
The concept is to have 'survivor game' feature appended to the same game. so here are the main tasks to do:
-Add menu box in each pool form for each phase, where players can choose a team.
-Keep track of chosen teams of each user. A user cannot choose a team they used in previous phases.
- Players that chose a team that lost the match are [login to view URL] means they cannot choose team for next phase andthey are removed from this part of the game. For the disqualified players pool form, hide the menu box for the remaining phases of the league.
-Create a report showing players still alive in the game, this means the players that the teams they choose have not lost.
