Developer to create a website for MiFare 1k Classic Card, which is a contactless smart card.

Online reload/top up for the MiFare card that is a cashless smartcard. The card should be linked to an online gateway connecting to local banks, and the user can reload from their savings and current account. Prefer a developer who has developed something similar. The gateway is available, so developers do not need to build that. The developer must concentrate on developing the connection to the gateway and ensuring the funds are transferred into the card. Please see the attached file for information on the MiFare microchip.
