Develop Wordpress plugin for auto posting

I am looking to have a wordpress plugin that would work similar to 2 plugins combined. The example plugins are located here:

So what I need is a plugin that will autopost using various sources like the example link and it would also spin the content and title like the example plugin link. I don't need the 3rd party spinners in my plugin. It can all be self-contained in its own thesaurus.
I have both example plugins that I can send you once you are awarded project if that would help you on flow.
The plugin would be developed on your server. When it is done there , I can test there. Then if all is good, I will make payment and you can send me plugin so that I can install on my sites.
