Hello,
Bought this module called DHVC Form that works and it's based on Visual Composer module.

The DHVC Form module has a feature that allows data to be submitted to a external URL as in.
http://externalurl.tld/fieldone=somenting&fieldtwo=something
The DHVC module has a datefield, that ca let you choose a date. The sumbited data from this field should be dd/mm/yyyy but the result it's dd%2Fmm%2Fyyyy, because somehow the "/" - slash it's not decoded.
Both modules will be provided by me with the latest version, as well as the field that are used.
I want someone that
- it's familiar with the Visual Composer module and can fix so the external url (past jobs)
- provide me a changelog with the modifications that were made to the DHVC module, what files at what lines in a pastebin.com.
Please bid only if you have prior experience and understand the requirements.
