Convert PHP Scraper to Scrapy

I have an existing scraper built in PHP. I want it converted to Scrapy. To see the type of site that is being scraped, see verbacompare.osubeaverstore.com. The program is currently built to work as a wordpress plugin. However, I want to be able to deploy it through scrapinghub. The end result of the program will be to provide an XML file (I'll provide the format).
